Our goal is to deliver your order to you as fast as possible; most in-stock items are shipped out within 1-3 business days after the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number/shipping information will be provided to the customer. If during the processing time, an item from your order becomes unavailable, we will inform you via email of your options before shipping.
Purchases over $75 before taxes are eligible for free shipping within Canada.
On orders under $75, the customer will be charged a $20 flat fee for the delivery. For oversized items $50 flat fee will be applied at checkout (some exceptions apply, see below). We partner with UPS and Canada Post to do the shipping and provide insurance coverage for your orders. All deliveries are signature required. For security reasons, we cannot leave packages unattended at your address. Please make sure that there is a correct number of packages and check your package(s) for any damages before signing for your delivery. If no damages were recorded at the time of delivery, the insurance policy would not be applicable and your item would not be considered eligible for a return.
Please note that babydise.ca reserves the right to not ship and cancel an order for any reason.
Remote Delivery
Due to the limited delivery options in some Provinces and States as well as in remote areas resulting in high shipping costs, we are unable to offer free shipping but can provide you with a shipping quote upon request.
Damaged Products
If the received item is defective or damaged, please take a photo of the damage before opening the package, and another photo of the damaged/incorrect item or indicate missing parts of the items and email the pictures to: info@babydise.ca along with your online receipt.
Please note that damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours after the delivery.
Final Sale Products
Your and your little loved ones' health and safety are our top priority, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges of some items due to the nature of their use. Please note that the following types of products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Potty seats and toilet-related items
Bathtubs and all bathing items
Breast pumps, nipple shields, pads & other related accessories
Bottles, nipples, teethers and pacifiers
Creams, lotions, soaps, and other skincare products
Diapers, swim diapers & other diaper-related items
Feeding goods and food storage
Car seats, car seat bases, car boosters
Special Order and Customized items
Mattresses
Sale or Clearance items of any kind
Any item removed from its original packaging or assembled
We have a 30-day return policy, But Returns will be accepted only if the below issues are reported to us within the first 48 hours after the order is delivered to you or is due for pickup:

Please take a photo of the damage before opening the package, and another photo of the damaged/incorrect item or indicate missing parts of the items and email the pictures to: info@babydise.ca along with your online receipt.
If no claim is made within 48 hours after the delivery, the payment will be automatically released. The sale will be final and the item will not be eligible for a return.
If your claim is confirmed, your purchase will be reimbursed.
We will provide you with a return shipping label, also instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept packages sent to us without a first return request.
To qualify for a return, you must meet certain requirements. You will need to provide the receipt or another proof of purchase. The item you are returning must have tags, be in its original packaging, unused and unworn. Allow a delay of 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued. Please take into account the processing time of your bank or credit card company.

Please note that we will not accept a return if the item was delivered, but you changed your mind for any other reasons than listed above.
Cancelation
We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible, therefore WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE ANY CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS ONCE the order is processed. If you'd like to submit a change/cancellation request, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@babydise.ca and provide your order #.
Refusal of Delivery
If the delivery is refused, a fee of $29.00 will be charged and the customer will be responsible for any other costs that occurred during the delivery process.
Non-Returnable Items/ Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for a return. It includes all types of perishable goods (i.e., food, flowers, plants, etc.), any custom-made products (i.e., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (i.e., skin care products, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
