Please take a photo of the damage before opening the package, and another photo of the damaged/incorrect or indicate missed parts of the items and email the pictures to:info@babydise.caalong with your online receipt.If no claim is made within 48 hours of being received delivery, the seller will automatically release payment. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
